1:1 Coaching Sessions

£50 per hour

A flexible option if you’d like to start with a single session or focus on a specific area of your business.
You can book a one-off session for clarity, or a few sessions at your own pace for ongoing support.

6 x 60-minute sessions – £280 (save £20)

  • Six one-to-one coaching sessions over 8–12 weeks

  • Review of your website, social media and systems

  • Step-by-step marketing and visibility guidance

  • Templates, checklists and personalised resources

  • Email support throughout the 8–12 weeks for feedback and accountability

Holistic Business Mentorship

10 x 60-minute sessions – £450 (save £50)

  • Ten one-to-one coaching sessions over 3–4 months

  • Bespoke business and visibility plan

  • Support with pricing, offers, mindset and structure

  • Optional EFT or wellbeing coaching to release emotional blocks

  • Ongoing email support between sessions for guidance and feedback

  • Priority response times for mentorship clients

Software & Systems Setup or Training – £50 per hour

  • Help choosing and setting up scheduling, payment or email tools

  • 1:1 training so you feel confident using your systems

  • Or I can handle the setup for you – whichever suits you best

  • Up to 1 hour of website updates each month (text, images or small layout changes)

  • Checking links, contact forms and booking systems are working properly

  • Light SEO checks and keyword refresh

  • Monthly email check-in and short summary of what’s been done

  • If something urgent crops up, you can call me and I’ll get it sorted as quickly as possible

Best for: Therapists who are happy managing most things themselves but want reassurance that their site is being looked after.

Enhanced Website Care – £90 per month

Ideal if you’d like ongoing help with updates and a regular space to talk through ideas and improvements.

Includes:

  • Up to 2 hours of website updates each month

  • Blog or resources section updates (you provide content, I upload and optimise it)

  • Small design tweaks or additional sections when needed

  • Checking integrations (forms, booking, email tools)

  • A 45-minute monthly call to review progress, plan updates or discuss new ideas

  • Monthly report and simple action suggestions

  • If an issue occurs, you can call me directly for help

Best for: Therapists who want steady, practical website help with friendly strategy support each month.

Comprehensive Website & Visibility Support – £150 pm

Perfect if you’d like your website, visibility and online systems taken care of – so you can focus on seeing clients.

Includes:

  • Up to 3 hours of monthly updates (design, text, or new pages)

  • Regular content and layout improvements for engagement and SEO

  • Local SEO check-up and keyword refresh

  • Social media integration (link checks, new graphics, updates)

  • Priority email support and a quarterly mini-review call

  • Direct phone support for urgent issues – if something’s not working, just call and I’ll get it fixed quickly

Best for: Therapists who want complete peace of mind knowing their website and online visibility are being handled.
